I hope to upload many of the photos I took (and others sent me) while I was warden at the Scottish Youth Hostel Association hostel at Broadmeadows in 1973. The hostel closed in 2012, was sold in 2013, and is now a private dwelling. The SYHA is now known as Hostelling Scotland.

I also kept a diary for part of the time and may post extracts from that too.
With the threat  of coronavirus enforcing isolation, I should have plenty of time to scan the pics and post them. So come back and have a look in a while. I will post photos first then add words when I get round to it.

I'll group things together and you can click on the various pages listed above as they get added. I also worked at Edinburgh Merchiston, Loch Lomond, and Glasgow Hostels  so I've added those pics, as well as some photos of other hostels I've visited which I'll add to as I find them.
